At Pomegroup Studio, we do not believe in the traditional agency model. We don't want to build software for you, hand over the keys, and walk away. Instead, we act as your second co-founder—fully aligned on risk, equity, and execution.
We turn domain expertise into market-ready digital products. If you are an industry specialist who knows a problem inside out but lacks the technical execution, we build it with you.

- SaaS & ESG: Streamlining complex regulatory compliance workflows, like our work with ExecutESG (building Double Materiality Assessment tools for CSRD alignment).
- Artificial Intelligence: Applying generative AI to specific B2B workflows, such as voice translation tools for active construction sites.
- Web3 & TON Ecosystem: Constructing scalable Telegram Mini-Apps (TMAs) and blockchain integrations (e.g. soulbound token distribution networks).
The Co-Founder Framework
We follow a simple 4-step framework to launch new ventures:
1. Identify & Screen
We speak with domain experts to identify high-pain bottlenecks in traditional industries. We screen these using our ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) framework.
2. MVT (Minimum Viable Test)
Within weeks, we deploy a functional prototype. For example, before building a complete SaaS platform, we release a high-value checklist or interactive calculator to verify buyer intent.
3. Co-Found & Build
If the MVT shows strong interest (such as client sign-ups or inbound demo requests), we formally co-found the business, establish the entity, and build out the full-scale application.
4. Scale & Transition
We help secure early customer wins and seed financing, and eventually transition the product to an in-house engineering team once mature.
